It is undoubtedly an absolutely charming option when in San Quirico d'Orcia. The hotel is clean and the room is well-appointed. The location of the venue is particularly good and stunning, not far from Pienza and Val d'Orcia. Besides, we truly enjoyed the lake, located within 5 mins walk of the hotel. The staff is amicable, outstandingly accommodating. All in all they offer friendly service.

Perfect location, short walk from Parco Paradiso. Walking distance to a local supermarket and local supermarkets across the street. Delicious continental breakfast - good croissants, fruit, and meats.

The staff are good and perfect and ready to help if you need anything. The location is marvellous and magnificent, in the heart of Tuscany. The place to order dinner not very far from the hotel is Trattoria Osenna.

This hotel is a hidden gem on the outskirts of a charming Tuscan town. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding area, with easy access to the autostrada. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of your stay is taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with some offering a breathtaking view of the rolling hills. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast, with an array of cakes that will satisfy any sweet tooth.
All was excellent, no room for improvement.

Helpful reception and good standard of accommodation. Breakfast very good and I would recommend it at a very reasonable cost.
On the outer limit of town but quite near a large Coop store

This hotel is located in a beautiful area, right in the center of the Val d'orcia region, surrounded by the stunning Tuscan hills. The staff, especially in the restaurant, provided excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms with a garden view and private balcony on the upper floors were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast, featuring delicious cakes, was a delightful way to start the day.
Only one small hiccup, but overall everything was fine.

The staff. Everyone was wonderful.
I would have loved it if the pool was open, but alas, my timing was off..

We loved the location with Montalcino, Montelpulciano and Sienna within easy reach. The town of San Quirico is itself interesting and has excellent restaurants. The hotel facilities (private balcony, swimming pool, full restaurant, new bathroom fittings) provided great value. The staff were professional and welcoming at all times. We had originally booked for four days, but after our first evening in the hotel we decided to extend our stay. We were glad we did.
The evening temperatures were still in the mid twenties in late September, but the air conditioning to all rooms was switched off - Italians and Irish people have different ideas about what constitutes hot weather!

Cozy, relaxing atmosphere; great pool; beautiful views; excellent service.
Ask for a room with a balcony and view over the pool.

This hotel is located in a stunning area with beautiful views and is right in the heart of the Val d'orcia region, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff, especially in the restaurant, are attentive and provide great service. The hotel is also conveniently close to the main square and several restaurants, making it a great choice for those who like to be in the thick of things.
Some areas of the hotel could be improved upon, such as the outdated furniture and decor.

The view from the terrace. Big rooms. Could be a nice hotel, but...
After seeing the reviews on Booked.net, we had quite high expectations for this hotel. The reality was very, very different. We asked for a room with view over the valley. Even though we’ve booked about two weeks in advance and there were plenty of rooms, we got one with no view. This wouldn’t have been a big problem, even if we’ve chosen this hotel particularly for its view. The bathroom was so old that taking a sower was a very unplesant experience. Actually, using the entire bathroom facilities was a very unplesant experience. They appologized for this and offered us a bottle of wine, which I suppose is a custom for them and is for sure cheaper than renovating the bathroom. The furniture in the room was very old and, what was even worse, we needed to „share” the room with a few spiders. We’ve spent a lot of time in many hotels (usually more than 10 hotels / year), both in cities and in the countryside, but I’ve never seen spiders in the room so far. When going to the hotel restaurant, we encountered the same unpleasant atmosphere and, of course, a lot of spiders. The breakfast was so poor that you could hardly find something to eat. Some ham that had a strange gray color and some old bread. We wanted to sit at a table closed to the terrace edge, to admire the view, but we were told to sit at another table which was already arranged. Only after insisting twice, they brought some plates to the table we chose and some dirty forks, clearly showing us we disturbed them. This attitude followed us for our entire stay. In the end, when our stay was finally over, we wanted to check out and, because there was nobody at the reception desk, we went to the restaurant and called somebody. They were all having some staff meeting. They told us they’ll be right there but they only came after 15-20 minutes and after many times we went and called them. This hotel was one of the worse experience we’ve ever had in our holydays. Definetely not a 3 stars hotel.
